Toni our Founder & CEO, is a passionate social enterprise entrepreneur and financial strategist, with over 30 years of experience in high-growth operational technology businesses, healthcare, and petrochemicals. Her healthcare experience involves leading consulting engagements across multiple disciplines:  diagnostics, inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation, surgical, nursing, digestive diseases, heart/vascular, radiology, neuroscience, orthopedics, and physical therapy.  Toni serves as Chairman of the Board of The Wellness Concierge, Inc. and TCH Investments, Inc.  She has served in divisional CFO roles in two publicly traded companies Amazon and Dow Chemical and a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte Consulting.   She has 10 years of experience leading mergers and acquisitions at LyondellBasell, Dow, and Deloitte Consulting.  She has published Healthcare and Financial Services case studies at Harvard Business School on delivering service through the use of technology. 

Toni has an MBA from Harvard Business School, Masters in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston, and BS  Chemical Engineering from MIT.
