Our Story
Toni Riley
Founder & CEO
In 2009, Toni Riley, found herself in a precarious situation. She was 8 months pregnant in the middle of a business deal and received a phone call that her 20-month-old daughter was sick with a fever. She took 6 hours off from work to pick up her daughter from school, take her to the doctor, to the pharmacy, to meet her husband with her daughter, and returned to work to finish up the transaction feeling guilty for leaving her team and daughter. She also took 3 days off from work to care for her daughter. She thought about what it would take to offer support to working parents that would assure peace of mind with quality care without jeopardizing their careers. She researched the concept for several years while raising her children and progressing in M&A and Finance leadership positions until December of 2023 when she legalized the concept, creating Get Well Pals, Inc. After researching the needs in low-income communities she created the Get Well Pals Foundation to bridge the gap for all children to receive the services.
